Section 3. The Project Engineers are hereby ordered to prepare preliminary plans and specifications, an estimated total cost of the work and a plat and schedule and to file the same with the City Clerk. Section 4. The improvement shall be known as the “Original Town Urbanization Project: Phase Two,” and shall be so referred to in all subsequent proceedings. Section 5. All resolutions, parts of resolutions, or actions of the City Council in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, to the extent of such conflict. Passed and approved May 5, 2020.
