RESOLUTION NO. 2019-122 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN CITY STREETS FOR THE USE OF SNOWMOBILES IN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN Whereas, the Municipal Code of Tiffin provides that snowmobiles may only be operated on designated city streets, and; Whereas, those specific city streets are to be designated by resolution, and; Whereas, the City of Tiffin would like to designate Highway 6, Ireland Avenue and Third Street as streets in which a snowmobile can be operated on, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa that Highway 6, Ireland Avenue and Third Street are the only designated city streets for the use of snowmobiles. On the 3rd day of December, 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019-122, A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN CITY STREETS FOR THE USE OF SNOWMOBILES IN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Upton. Ayes: Havens, Bartels, Upton, Schnedler Nays: None Absent: Ryan Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2019-122, A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN CITY STREETS FOR THE USE OF SNOWMOBILES IN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
