NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Just Compensation for the acquisition of a portion of and/or an interest in the Property owned by TAT LLC, is hereby established to be $27,771. 2. Just Compensation for the acquisition of a portion and/or an interest in the Property for Dumont Investments, LLC for its Right of First Refusal is hereby established to be $500. 3. The contact person is hereby directed to submit a copy of the appraisal to TAT LLC, as required by Section 6B.45, Code of Iowa, and to commence negotiations with TAT LLC, for the purchase of a portion of the Property needed for the Forevergreen Road Construction Project for the amount of $27,771, which is just compensation therefore established by this Resolution. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2019-078, A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING JUST COMPENSATION FOR ACQUISITION OF A PORTION OR AN INTEREST IN CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY TAT LLC, FOR THE FOREVERGREEN CONSTRUCTION ROAD PROJECT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereunto.
