RESOLUTION NO. 2019-074 A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO VACATE THE EASEMENT ON LOT 23 OF PRAIRIE VILLAGE – PART 1, TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, the Developer of Prairie Village – Part 1 has changed the drainage to Lot 23; and, Whereas, it is now no longer necessary to have a drainage easement along the property; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve setting a public hearing date on June 18, 2019, to vacate the easement for Lot 23 and approve the agreement thereof. On the 4th day of June, 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019-074, A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO VACATE THE EASEMENT ON LOT 23 OF PRAIRIE VILLAGE – PART 1, TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Upton, Havens, Ryan, Schnedler, Bartels Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2019-074, A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO VACATE THE EASEMENT ON LOT 23 OF PRAIRIE VILLAGE – PART 1, TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
