Now,thereforebeitresolvedbytheCity Council oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa,to authorize theMayor andCityClerk toreject thebids forthe2019 Interstate 380Box Culvert andGrading Project. th Onthe16day ofApril, 2019, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2019-050,ARESOLUTIONTO REJECTALLBIDSFORTHE2019INTERSTATE380BOXCULVERTAND GRADINGPROJECT andmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Upton, Havens, Ryan, Schnedler, Bartels Nays: None Absent:None Whereupon fiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatRESOLUTION NO.2019-050,ARESOLUTIONTOREJECTALLBIDS FORTHE2019INTERSTATE380BOXCULVERTANDGRADINGPROJECT tobe adopted and signified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixinghis signature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe16day ofApril,2019.
