RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 039 A RESOLUTION TO AWARD THE BID FOR THE 2019 PARK ROAD PAVING PROJECT Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin received bids on April 11, 2019, for the 2019 Park Road Paving Project: arid, Whereas, the City Council has identified the lowest, most responsible bid; and, Whereas, the City Council wishes to award the project and begin the contractual process, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign all necessary notices, documents and forms of contract as required and necessary to execute a contract with the lowest, most responsible bidder as identified and recommended by the City Engineer. 16111 On the, day of April, 2019. at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, COUrlGilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTION NO, 2019- 039, A RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR THE 2019 PARK ROAD PAVING PROJECT -- Jrld a rnotk";r) approval. Motion se(,onded by Councilperson Havens, Ayes, Upton, Havens, Ryan, Schnedler, Bartels Nays: None, Absent: one Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 039, A RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR THE 2019 PARK ROAD PAVING PROJECT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 16t" Passed by the City Council on the day of April, 2019.
