Onthe5 thdayofMarch, ataregular meeting oftheTiffinCityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Council person Havens introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2019-019,ARESOLUTION INVESTMENTPOLICY and made motion forapproval and Council person Schnedler seconded motion.
