RESOLUTION NO. 2019-014 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE LOTS 9 AND 10 OF PARK PLACE CITY CENTER – PART ONE IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, The City recognizes that rezoning is necessary to satisfy the proposed lot changes in Park Place City Center – Part One, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve setting a public hearing date of March 5, 2019, to discuss the Rezoning of lots 9 and 10 of Park Place City Center – Part One, from C-2B to OPD/C-1B. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the rezoning at its February, 2019 meeting. On the 19th day of February, 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019-014, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE LOTS 9 AND 10 OF PARK PLACE CITY CENTER – PART ONE, FROM C-2B TO C-1B and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Schnedler, Ryan, Havens, Bartels, Upton Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2019-014, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE LOTS 9 AND 10 OF PARK PLACE CITY CENTER – PART ONE, FROM C-2B TO C-1B to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
