RESOLUTION NO. 2019-003 A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE PRAIRIE VILLAGE – PART 2 IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, The City recognizes a request from Iowa Development Group, Inc. to rezone Prairie Village – Part 2, Tiffin, Iowa, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve setting a public hearing date of January 22, 2019, to discuss the Rezoning of Prairie Village – Part 2. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the rezoning on a 4-0 vote at its December 19, 2018 meeting. On the 8th day of January, 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019-003, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE PRAIRIE VILLAGE – PART 2 IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Havens. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Schnedler Nays: None Absent: Ryan Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2019-003, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE PRAIRIE VILLAGE – PART 2 IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
