CITY OF TIFFIN RESOLUTION 2018-073 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, there is currently an open position on the Planning & Zoning Commission; and, Whereas, the City needs to comply with gender equality requirements, Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council is appointing Beth Wolfs to the Planning & Zoning Commission. On this 3rd day of July 2018 at a regular meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTION 2018-073, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Havens, Ryan, Schnedler, Upton, Bartels Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2018-073, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
