CITY OF TIFFIN RESOLUTION 2018-067 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, there is currently an open position on the Planning & Zoning Commission; and, Whereas, the City needs to comply with gender equality requirements, Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council is appointing Tim Yoder to the Planning & Zoning Commission. On this 19th day of June 2018 at a regular meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Schnedler introduced RESOLUTION 2018-067, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Ryan, Bartels, Schnedler, Havens Nays: None Absent: Upton Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2018-067, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
