Now,thereforebeitresolvedbytheCityCouncil oftheCity ofTiffin, Iowa, to authorize theMayor andCityClerk tosignallnecessary documents toenter intotheat- grade crossing atMehmen Avenue. h Onthe15dayofMay, 2018, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introducedRESOLUTIONNO.2018-054,ARESOLUTION APPROVINGTHECITYOFTIFFINENTERINTOALICENSEAGREEMENTANDA CONSTRUCTIONANDMAINTENANCEAGREEMENTWITHTHEIOWA INTERSTATERAILROAD, LTDFORANAT-GRADECROSSINGATMEHMEN AVENUE andmade amotion forapproval.
