Now,thereforeberesolvedbyTheCityofTiffin, Iowa, that theTrailPhase 5 Project iscomplete andacceptable totheCityandfinal payment bemade tothe Contractor. th Onthe20 dayofMarch 2018, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2018-024, A RESOLUTIONFORFINALACCEPTANCEOFTHETRAILPHASE5 PROJECTTIFFIN,IOWA,CONTRACTOR METROPAVERS,INC.andmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Ryan. Ayes: Upton, Schnedler, Ryan, Havens, Bartels. Nays: None. Absent: None.
