On the date of issuance and delivery of the Bonds, the City will execute and deliver a Continuing Disclosure Certificate pursuant to which the City will undertake to comply with the Rule. The City covenants and agrees that it will comply with and carry out the provisions of the Continuing Disclosure Certificate. Any and all of the officers of the City are hereby authorized and directed to take any and all actions as may be necessary to comply with the Rule and the Continuing Disclosure Agreement. Section 13. All resolutions or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. Section 14. This resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval, as provided by law. Passed and approved March 20, 2018. Mayor Attest: City Clerk
