DocuSignEnvelopeID:5E8B9C6E-5C7B-4BC6-B4BA-B4BF9D2B884D RESOLUTIONNO.2018-021 ARESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHEPRELIMINARYPLATOFPRAIRIEVILLAGE RESIDENTIALDEVELOPMENT PHASE1,ASUBDIVISIONTOTIFFIN,IOWA Whereas,HBK Engineering, onbehalf ofIowa Development Group, Inc.,hasfiled with theCityofTiffin apreliminary platforPrairie Village Residential Development Phase 1,asubdivision totheCityofTiffin, Iowa, legally described onthe and; Whereas theTiffin Planning & Zoning Commission hasreviewed andrecommended forapproval ona5-0 vote (pending engineering comments) thepreliminary platatits September 2017 meeting, and; WHEREAS,TheTiffin FireChief hasreviewed andgiven hisrecommendations forthe preliminary plat, and; WHEREAS CityEngineer, Hart Frederick, hasgiven their review andcomments ofsaid preliminary plat (comments attached) and subject tocertain revisions, provided however thatnoimprovements shall beconstructed orinstalled without theirwritten approval, which may bewithheld until such time asallnecessary permits have been issued from thestate andfederal agencies. Now,thereforebeitresolvedbytheCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa, that the Preliminary PlatforPrairie Village Residential Development Phase 1,ishereby approved; and further thattheMayor andCityClerk arehereby authorized and directed toexecute anydocuments necessary atthistime toapprove thepreliminary platas submitted andasapproved bytheCityEngineer andCityAttorney, subject tothe th Onthe6dayofMarch, 2018, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introducedRESOLUTIONNO.2018-021,ARESOLUTION APPROVINGTHEPRELIMINARYPLATOFPRAIRIEVILLAGERESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PHASE1,ASUBDIVISIONTOTIFFIN,IOWA,andmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Havens. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Schnedler. Nays: None. Whereupon fiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatRESOLUTIONNO.2018-021,ARESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHE PRELIMINARYPLATOFPRAIRIEVILLAGERESIDENTIALDEVELOPMENT PHASE1,ASUBDIVISIONTOTIFFIN,IOWA,tobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe6dayofMarch, 2018.
