DocuSignEnvelopeID:7B625AAF-8D6D-4BCC-8992-E86D279CED66 RESOLUTIONNO.2018-020 ARESOLUTIONAUTHORIZINGTHEENTERINGINTOANAGREEMENTWITH HUNTCLUBL.C., Whereas,Brain Engineering, onbehalf ofHunt Club L.C.,hasfiled withtheCityofTiffin apreliminary plat forHunt ClubAddition andisalsoaPlanned Development Overlay District (OPD) in hereby incorporated, and; Whereas Resolution 2018-019wasapproved byCityCouncil onMarch 6,2018, approving thepreliminary platandsiteplan forsaid development, and; Whereas,theDevelopers Agreement willinclude anyandallparticulars tothe approved preliminary platforHunt Club L.C., Now,thereforebeitresolvedbytheCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa, thatthe Attorneys representing Hunt Club L.C.,andtheCityofTiffin havereviewed andhave taken under consideration allrevisions requested bytheCityCouncil ofTiffin. TheCity theAgreement asprinted and authorize theMayor andCity Clerk toenter into an agreement withHunt Club L.C.,tofullyexecute thedocument. th Onthe6dayofMarch, 2018, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introducedRESOLUTIONNO.2018-020, A RESOLUTIONAUTHORIZINGTHEENTERINGINTOANAGREEMENTWITHHUNT CLUBL.C., andmade a motion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Ryan. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Schnedler. Nays: None. Whereupon fiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatRESOLUTIONNO.2018-020,ARESOLUTIONAUTHORIZINGTHE ENTERINGINTOANAGREEMENTWITHHUNTCLUBL.C.,OFTIFFIN,IOWAFOR tobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe6dayofMarch, 2018.
