DocuSignEnvelopeID:45E53E41-2F05-4649-9E19-F88E41286DDA RESOLUTIONNO.2018-019 ARESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHEPRELIMINARYPLATANDSITEPLANFOR HUNTCLUBADDITION, TIFFIN,IOWA Whereas,Brain Engineering, onbehalf ofHunt Club L.C.,hasfiled withtheCityofTiffin a preliminary platandsiteplan forHunt Club Addition totheCityofTiffin, Iowa, legally Whereas theTiffin Planning & Zoning Commission hasreviewed andapproved the preliminary platandsiteplan onaunanimous voteatitsJanuary Planning & Zoning meeting aspartoftheOPD process and; WHEREAS,TheTiffin FireChief hasreviewed andgiven hisrecommendations forthe preliminary platandsiteplan, and; WHEREAS CityEngineer, HartFrederick, hasgiven their review andcomments ofsaid preliminary platandsiteplan andsubject tocertain revisions, provided however thatno improvements shall beconstructed orinstalled without hiswritten approval, which may bewithheld until such timeasallnecessary permits have beenissued from thestate andfederal agencies; and Now,thereforebeitresolvedbytheCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa, that the Preliminary PlatandSitePlan forHunt ClubAddition ishereby approved; andfurther thattheMayor andCityAdministrator/Clerk arehereby authorized anddirected to execute allrelated legal documents, and thattheCityshall properly record this Resolution 2018-019andifnecessary asperinstructions ofCityAttorney, theSub- Dividers Agreement isnottobeincluded withthisresolution. th Onthe6dayofMarch, 2018, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havensintroduced RESOLUTIONNO.2018-019,A RESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHEPRELIMINARYPLATANDSITEPLANFORHUNT CLUBADDITION, TIFFIN,IOWA,andmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Ryan. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Schnedler. Nays: None. Absent: Whereupon _____ Council members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatRESOLUTIONNO.2018-019,ARESOLUTIONAPPROVING THEPRELIMINARYPLATANDSITEPLANFORHUNTCLUBADDITION, TIFFIN, IOWA,tobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe6dayofMarch, 2018.
