ThePlanning & Zoning Commission recommended approval oftheordinance amendment atitsJanuary 24,2018meeting. th Onthe6dayofFebruary, 2018, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Schnedler introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2018-009,A RESOLUTIONTOSETTHEDATEOFPUBLICHEARINGFORANORDINANCE AMENDMENTTOADDANADDITIONALMINIMUMSETBACKOPTIONFORALL RESIDENTIALZONINGDISTRICTS andmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Ryan. Ayes: Havens, Ryan, Schnedler, Upton, Bartels. Nays: None. Absent: None.
