Box 259 Tiffin, Iowa 52340-0259 Attn: City Buiding Official Re: Spencer Construction Site Plan – Tiffin, Iowa Lot 17 of Tiffin Industrial Park City Engineer’s Review Comment Letter Dear Mayor and Council Members: We have reviewed the Site Plan for Spencer Construction located on Lot 17 of the Tiffin Industrial Park in the City of Tiffin, Iowa. The site plan satisfactorily meets the City of Tiffin’s current specifications/ordinances and standard industrial practices, except the following comments: 1. The size of the water service line is not noted on the site plan. This may be noted on the building plans and should be checked for compliance with regulations. 2. There are 8 parking spaces shown in the paved area. This meets the requirements of Section 7 of the Zoning Ordinance.
