RESOLUTION NO. 2017-125 A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE RESIDENTIAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE STANDARD ORDINANCE Whereas, it has been requested that the City amend its residential telecommunications infrastructure standards ordinance, and; Whereas, the City Council recognizes the fact that it should have a public hearing to seek input on this potential amendment; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set the date of public hearing to potentially amend the residential telecommunications infrastructure standards ordinance for December 19, 2017. On the 5th day of December, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2017-125, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE RESIDENTIAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE STANDARD ORDINANCE and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler. Ayes: Bartels, Upton, Havens, Kahler Nays: Absent: Ryan Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2017-125, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE RESIDENTIAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE STANDARD ORDINANCE to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
