Box 259 Tiffin, IA 52340 Re: Tiffin Heights - Part Five Dear Mr. Boldt: We are in receipt of the Hart-Frederick letter dated October 30, 2017. We offer the following in response to city staff comments and concerns. Preliminary Plat 1. The adjacent subdivision needs to be labeled in accordance with Ordinance 1998-218, 5.06 E. Subdivision has been labeled. 2. The existing and proposed zoning need to be labeled in accordance with Ordinances 1998-218, 5.06 G. Existing and proposed zoning is now labeled. Final Plat 1. The adjacent subdivision needs to be labeled in accordance with Ordinance 2012-319, 5.13 G. Subdivision has been labeled. 2. The required subdivision documents listed in 5.13 U of Ordinance 2012-319, 5.13 U shall be submitted prior to approval of the Final Plat. Attorney has been notified. We trust that the above information, along with the enclosed copies of the revised plans, is sufficient for forwarding for approval.
