We offer the following comments: Preliminary Plat 1. The adjacent subdivision needs to be labeled in accordance with Ordinance 1998-218, 5.06 E. 2. The existing and proposed zoning need to be labeled in accordance with Ordinances 1998-218, 5.06 G. Final Plat 3. The adjacent subdivision needs to be labeled in accordance with Ordinance 2012-319, 5.13 G. 4. The required subdivision documents listed in 5.13 U of Ordinance 2012-319, 5.13 U. shall be submitted prior to approval of the Final Plat. Contingent the above, revised plats could be approved.
