Motion seconded byCouncilperson Upton. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon fiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatRESOLUTIONNO.2017-109,ARESOLUTIONTOAWARDBIDFOR THE2017WASTEWATERTREATMENTPLANTPHASE2IMPROVEMENT PROJECTtobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe7dayofNovember 2017.
