Themotion wasseconded byCouncilperson Bartels. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon FiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatRESOLUTIONNO.2017-104,ARESOLUTIONTOAPPROVESECOND AMENDMENTTOPINNACLERIDGEPADAGREEMENT tobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe17 dayofOctober, 2017.
