Council Member Ryan introduced the resolution hereinafter next setoutandmoved its adoption, seconded byCouncil Member Kahler; andafter dueconsideration thereof bytheCity Council, the Mayor putthe question upon the adoption ofthe said resolution andthe rollbeing called, the following named Council Members voted: Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler. Nays: None. Whereupon, theMayor declared theresolution duly adopted ashereinafter setout. Attheconclusion ofthemeeting andupon motion andvote, theCity Council adjourned.
