Whereas,withthecompletion oftheconstruction ofCroell Avenue north ofRolling Hills
Drive, and;
Whereas,thisnow creates access toWoodfield Ridge Parts 6and7,
Now,thereforebeitresolvedbytheCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa toapprove the
placement ofastopsignatthecorner ofRolling Hills Drive andCroell Avenue.

Onthis17 dayofOctober 2017, attheregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Ryan introducedRESOLUTIONNO.2017-101,ARESOLUTION
APPROVINGTHEPLACEMENTOFASTOPSIGNATTHECORNEROFROLLINGHILLS
DRIVEANDCROELLAVENUEandmade amotion forapproval. Themotion wasseconded
byCouncilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler.
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
Whereupon FiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner
declared that RESOLUTIONNO.2017-101,ARESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHE
PLACEMENTOFASTOPSIGNATTHECORNEROFROLLINGHILLSDRIVEAND
CROELLAVENUEtobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing his
signature thereunto.
