Motion seconded byCouncilperson Bartels. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon FiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thattheRESOLUTIONNO.2017-099,ARESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHE CAPITALIMPROVEMENTPLANtobe adopted and signified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe17 dayofOctober, 2017.
