Motion seconded byCouncilperson Ryan. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon fiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thattheRESOLUTIONNO.2017-098,ARESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHE CLOSUREOFNORTHPARKROADFROMOCTOBER4,2017,TONOVEMBER22, 2017,FORTHECONSTRUCTIONCENTEREDAROUNDPARKROADANDPARK PLACEtobeadopted and signified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. rd Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe3dayofOctober, 2017.
