DocuSign Envelope ID: D82AD833- 90BE-4C86-B718-E81DA1F95216 Tiffin /436989-21 /RN RESOLUTION NO. 2017-094 Resolution Approving and Adopting Preliminary Plans and Specifications, Estimate ofCostandPlat andSchedule WHEREAS, the City Council ofthe City ofTiffin, Iowa, hasadopted apreliminary resolution pursuant toSection 384.42oftheCode ofIowa, covering the2017 Original Town WHEREAS, inaccordance with such preliminary resolution, the Project Engineers have prepared preliminary plans and specifications, anestimated cost ofthework and aplat and schedule, and have filedthe same withthe CityClerk; and WHEREAS, thisCity Council hasdetermined thevaluation ofeach lotproposed tobe assessed fortheProject andsuch valuations arenow shown ontheschedule, and thisCouncil deems itadvisable that the said preliminary plans andspecifications, estimated cost ofthe Project andplatandschedule should beapproved; NOW, THEREFORE, ItIsResolved bytheCity Council oftheCity ofTiffin, Iowa: Section 1. The preliminary plans andspecifications referred tointhe preamble hereof arehereby approved. Section 2. The plat, schedule and thevaluations asshown thereon and estimate of cost arehereby ratified andapproved. Section 3. This City Council proposes toproceed with theProject and aproposed resolution ofnecessity shall beprepared and hearing held thereon inaccordance with the provisions ofSections 384.49,384.50and384.51oftheCode ofIowa. Section 4. All resolutions, parts ofresolutions, oractions oftheCity Council in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Passed andapproved October 3,2017.
