The City Council reviewed theproposed valuation ofeach lotwithin theassessment district and confirmed that such valuations should beincluded onthe schedule tobefiled. The City Clerk stated that theProject Engineers hadprepared andfiled preliminary plans andspecifications, anestimated total cost ofthework andtheplat andschedule, asdirected in thepreliminary resolution justadopted. Thereupon, Council Member Kahler proposed theadoption ofthe resolution approving andadopting thesaid preliminary plans andspecifications, andplat andschedule andestimate of cost pertaining tosuch Project. The motion wasseconded byCouncil Member Ryan and passed with record vote, asfollows: Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler Nays: None.
