STATE OF IOWA COUNTY OF JOHNSON SS: CITY OF TIFFIN I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, do certify that on the 18th day of October 2017, I mailed to each owner of property proposed to be assessed for the 2017 Original Town Urbanization Project, a copy of the notice to property owners in the form attached to this certificate, as set out in the resolution of necessity, covering such improvement project, insofar as the said owners could be determined from the records of the County Auditor’s office. I further certify that there is no property owned by the State of Iowa or under the control of the Highway Division of the Iowa Department of Transportation being assessed for such improvement project.
