CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL February 13, 2026 • As mentioned at the last council meeting, North Liberty accepted the bid and authorized the execution of a contract with CJ Moyna & Sons, LLC, for the Forevergreen Road and Jasper Avenue Improvements Project (roundabout). The late start date for the project is April 6th and the substantial completion date is November 14th. • Boomerang is getting ready to start the next phase of the North Park Road Improvements project. Tentative start date would be March 2nd. This would include closing the road just north of the entrance to the bus barn and a partial/temporary closure of Mopar Drive for the storm sewer and watermain infrastructure work. • We have gotten a handful of applications for the Parks & Grounds Specialists position. Application deadline is Friday, February 27th. • As a result of the work session on Tuesday night, I continue to put the final touches on the FY 2026-2027. I should have it very close to being completed and for review on Tuesday night. • It appears that the special census in winding down. There is a good possibility the council meetings will be back in the council chambers in March.
