RESOLUTIONNO.2017-080 ARESOLUTIONAUTHORIZINGTHEENTERINGINTOANAGREEMENTWITH PARKPLACEPARTFOUROFTIFFIN, IOWAFORADEVELOPER’SAGREEMENT Whereas,MMS Consultants, onbehalf ofTAT, LLC, hasfiledwiththeCityofTiffin a preliminary platforPark Place – PartFour, asub-division totheCityofTiffin, Iowa, legally described onattached Exhibit “A”,hereby incorporated, and; Whereas Resolution 2017-079wasapproved byCityCouncil onSeptember 5,2017, approving thepreliminary platforsaiddevelopment, and; Whereas,theDeveloper’sAgreement willinclude anyandallparticulars tothe approved preliminary platforPark Place – PartFour, Now,thereforebeitresolved bytheCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa, that the Attorneys representing Park Place – PartFour andtheCityofTiffin have reviewed and have taken under consideration allrequested revisions tobemade bytheCityCouncil ofTiffin. TheCityCouncil nowhaving further reviewed theDeveloper’sAgreement and donowapprove theAgreement asprinted andauthorize theMayor andCity Administrator/Clerk toenter into anagreement withPark Place – PartFour tofully execute thedocument. Onthe5th dayofSeptember, 2017, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryanintroduced RESOLUTIONNO.2017-080,ARESOLUTION AUTHORIZINGTHEENTERINGINTOANAGREEMENTWITHPARKPLACEPART FOUROFTIFFIN,IOWAFORADEVELOPER’SAGREEMENT andmade amotion for approval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Kahler. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon Five Council members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared that RESOLUTIONNO.2017-080,ARESOLUTIONAUTHORIZINGTHE ENTERINGINTOANAGREEMENTWITHPARKPLACEPARTFOUROFTIFFIN, IOWAFORADEVELOPER’SAGREEMENT tobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto.
