TheCityCouncil nowhaving further reviewed theMaster Preliminary Development Agreement anddonowapprove theAgreement asprinted andauthorize theMayor andCity Administrator/Clerk tofullyexecute therevised document. th Onthe5dayofSeptember, 2017, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson RyanintroducedRESOLUTIONNO.2017-078,ARESOLUTION APPROVINGTHEMASTERPRELIMINARYDEVELOPMENTAGREEMENTFOR PARKPLACE andmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Kahler. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon FiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatRESOLUTIONNO.2017-078,ARESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHE MASTERPRELIMINARYDEVELOPMENTAGREEMENTFORPARKPLACEtobe adopted and signified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe5 dayofSeptember, 2017.
