Thedate fortheopening andpublic reading ofbidsfortheProject issetfor October 12,2017, at2:00p.m.and, 2. Thedate forthePublic Hearing oftheProject issetforOctober 17,2017, at 7:00p.m.and, 3. Thedate forconsideration ofbids fortheProject bytheCityCouncil issetat October 17,2017, at7:00P.M.andwillbeacted uponatsuch timeand place oratsuch time andplace asmaythen beset. 4. That theCity Council hereby directs theCityAdministrator/Clerk tohave published theNotice ofHearing oftheContract Documents fortheProject in anewspaper ofgeneral circulation intheCity, which publication shall be made atleast once, notlessthan four (4)andnotmore than twenty (20)days prior tothedate ofthesaidhearing. 5. That theCity Council hereby directs theCityAdministrator/Clerk tohave published theNotice toBidders ofthebidletting fortheProject byposting at least once, notlessthan thirteen (13)andnotmore than forty-five (45)days prior tothedate setforreceipt ofbids, ineach ofthefollowing three places: (i) inarelevant contractor plan room service withstatewide circulation; (ii)ina relevant construction lead generating service with statewide circulation; and iii)onaninternet sitesponsored byeither theCityorastatewide association thatrepresents theCity. th Onthe5dayofSeptember, 2017, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2017-077,A RESOLUTIONSETTINGTHEDATESFORTHEPUBLICHEARINGONTHEPLANS,
