RESOLUTION NO. 2017-071 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HART-FREDERICK CONSULTANTS P.C. PROJECT ENGINEER TO PROCEED WITH THE DESIGN, NECESSARY PERMITS, PUBLICATIONS AND SETTING THE DATE OF BID LETTING AND PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE TRAIL PHASE 7 PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, The City would like to move forward with the design and all necessary processes and procedures for the Trail Phase 7 Project, Whereas, The City will need to know the cost of such improvement, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to authorize its engineer, Hart-Frederick Consultants P.C., to place plans, specifications, form of contract and engineers estimate of cost on file with the City Clerk for said improvements. On the 5th day of September, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2017-071, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HART-FREDERICK CONSULTANTS P.C. PROJECT ENGINEER TO PROCEED WITH THE DESIGN, NECESSARY PERMITS, PUBLICATIONS AND SETTING THE DATE OF BID LETTING AND PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE TRAIL PHASE 7 PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler, Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon Five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2017-071, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HART-FREDERICK CONSULTANTS P.C. PROJECT ENGINEER TO PROCEED WITH THE DESIGN, NECESSARY PERMITS, PUBLICATIONS AND SETTING THE DATE OF BID LETTING AND PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE TRAIL PHASE 7 PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
