Whereupon three Council members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatRESOLUTIONNO.2017-058 ARESOLUTIONPROVIDING AUTHORITYTOTHECITYCLERKTOEXECUTETHENOTICEOFEXPIRATIONOF RIGHTSOFREDEMPTIONFORTAXSALEtobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th PASSED AND APPROVED this18 dayofJuly, 2017.
