We have prepared and attach proceedings covering the hearing on the proposal to approve an amended and restated plan (the “Restated Plan”) for the Villages Part I Urban Revitalization Area and the adoption of the Resolution approving the Restated Plan. These proceedings include the following items:
1. Minutes of the public hearing on the Amendment.
2. Resolution adopting the Restated Plan.
3. Certificate attesting to the entire transcript.
While it is not required by statute, we recommend that you file a copy of the Restated Plan and the resolution adopting it with the County Assessor.
