DocuSign Envelope ID: 95CAC0A1- CEB4-4EFF-8095-5A99AF113D5E Tiffin/436989-20/NRAAmend RESOLUTION NO. 2017-046 Resolution providing fornotice ofhearing onproposed amendment tothe revitalization plan for theVillages Part IUrban Revitalization Area WHEREAS, pursuant totheprovisions ofChapter Code theCity ofTiffinall real property situated within theCity as theVillages Part IUrban Revitalization Area the Villages Part IUrban Revitalization Area Urban Revitalization Area; and WHEREAS, ithasbeen proposed that thePlan beamended to (i)update thelegal description oftheUrban Revitalization Area toinclude therein therealproperty described inthe Plan Amendment (ashereinafter defined) attached hereto asExhibit A;and (ii)update thetax abatement schedule forthemulti-residential property classification; and WHEREAS, pursuant totheprovisions oftheCode, before amending the Plan, theCity must prepare anamended plan, hold apublic hearing thereon, and otherwise comply with the procedures setforth intheCode; and WHEREAS, an amis being prepared for presentation tothe CityCouncil forconsideration inaccordance with theprovisions ofthe Code, said Plan Amendment tohave thecontents substantially assetforth inExhibit Aattached hereto andbythisreference made apart hereof; theProperty with respect tothemailed notice andsecond hearing rights under theCode; NOW, THEREFORE, BEITRESOLVED bytheCity Council ofTiffin, Iowa, as follows: Section 1. Itishereby found and determined that thePlan Amendment attached hereto asExhibit Ahasbeen prepared inaccordance withthe provisions oftheCode. Section 2. This City Council will meet at . m.,onJuly 18, 2017, atthe Tiffin City HallCouncil Chambers intheCity, atwhich timeand place itwill conduct apublic hearing onthe PlanAmendment, pursuant totheCode. Section 3. The City Clerk ishereby authorized anddirected topresent theCertificate andWaiver tothe owner oftheProperty forexecution anddelivery tothe City bynolater than July 18, 2017. Section 4.
