NOW,THEREFORE, BEITRESOLVED bytheCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa, approves theconveyances totheIowa DOT ofsaidParcels ofland located inLot4,Lot 5ofBigelow Subdivision andinAuditor Parcel 2010-025, allintheCityofTiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, more particularly described asfollows: Beginning attheNECorner ofLot4ofsaidBigelow Subdivision, thence S1°07'15"E507.72feet along theeast lineofsaidLot4totheSEcorner ofsaid Lot4;thence westerly 65.63feetalong 5,804.58footradius curve, concave southerly and having achord bearing N83°12'55"W65.62feetalong thesouth lineofsaidLot4;thence N2°51'08"E504.25feettoapointonthenorth lineof saidLot4;thence S82°53'41"E30.38feet along saidnorth linetothePoint of Beginning, saidparcel contain 24,135Sq. ft.or0.55acres.
