Motion seconded byCouncilperson Havens. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler, Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon Five Council members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatRESOLUTIONNO.2017-044,ARESOLUTIONAUTHORIZINGTHE ENTERINGINTOANAGREEMENTWITHPARKPLACEPARTTHREEOFTIFFIN, tobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe5 dayofSeptember, 2017.
