Now,thereforebeitresolvedbytheCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa, that the Preliminary PlatforPark Place - PartThree ishereby approved; andfurther thatthe Mayor andCity Administrator/Clerk arehereby authorized anddirected toexecute any documents necessary atthistimetoapprove thepreliminary platassubmitted andas approved bytheCityEngineer and CityAttorney, subject totheapproval ofthe th Onthe5dayofSeptember, 2017, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson RyanintroducedRESOLUTIONNO.2017-042,ARESOLUTION APPROVINGTHEPRELIMINARYPLATOFPARKPLACE -PARTTHREE,A SUBDIVISIONTOTIFFIN,IOWA,andmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Havens. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler, Nays: None. Absent: None.
