Now,thereforebeitresolvedbytheCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa, that the Preliminary PlatforPark Place - Parts One &Twoishereby approved; andfurther that theMayor andCity Administrator/Clerk arehereby authorized anddirected toexecute anydocuments necessary atthis timetoapprove thepreliminary plat assubmitted and asapproved bytheCity Engineer andCity Attorney, subject totheapproval ofthe th Onthe5dayofSeptember, 2017, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson RyanintroducedRESOLUTIONNO.2017-041,ARESOLUTION APPROVINGTHEPRELIMINARYPLATOFPARKPLACE -PARTSONE &TWO,A SUBDIVISIONTOTIFFIN,IOWA,andmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Kahler. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler, Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon FiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatRESOLUTIONNO.2017-041,ARESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHE PRELIMINARYPLATOFPARKPLACE -PARTSONE &TWO,ASUBDIVISIONTO TIFFIN,IOWA,tobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing his signature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe5dayofSeptember, 2017.
