Pet Owner Accounts From within their accounts, pet owners can manage their profiles adding information that is necessary for pet licensing and for assisting in the reunification of their animals (or their care until they are reunited). Within accounts, pet owners can… 1. Manage pet owner information including personal contact and secondary contact information, and change of address. 2. Manage pet information include pet basics, photos, medical information, care instructions, and obedience levels. 3. Purchase licenses including single and multi-year licenses, with the option of purchasing temporary licenses if offered by your Organization. 4. Upload documents for new or renewal licenses and to extend temporary or “extendable” licenses if offered. 5. Make tag selections, access lost pet services, and mark pets as no longer owned.
