DocuSignEnvelopeID:0428A9FA-91CA-4028-A6DB-4F48ADF274D4 RESOLUTIONNO.2017-036 ARESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHECITYOFTIFFINBUDGETAMENDMENTFOR FISCALYEAR2016-2017 Whereas,theCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa isresponsible toapprove and certify anannual operating budget, and; Whereas,theCityCouncil isrequired tostaywithin thebudgetary requirements set forth bytheDepartment ofManagement withtheState ofIowa, and; Whereas,theCityCouncil does hereby acknowledge thenecessity forabudget quirements, and; Whereas,theCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin hereby acknowledges theattached Budget Amendment Sheet tobeaccurate andfinal, Now,thereforebeitresolvedbytheCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa, that effective upon receipt ofthisresolution bytheState ofIowa Department ofManagement andtheJohnson County Auditor, thatthefiscal year 2016-2017 budget amendment for theCityofTiffin beapproved. th Onthe6dayofJune, 2017, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2017-036,ARESOLUTION APPROVINGTHECITYOFTIFFINBUDGETAMENDMENTFORFISCALYEAR 2016-2017andmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Kahler. Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Bartels, Havens, Ryan Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon fiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thattheRESOLUTIONNO.2017-036,ARESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHE CITYOFTIFFINBUDGETAMENDMENTFORFISCALYEAR2016-2017tobe adopted and signified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe6dayofJune, 2017.
