This City Council will meet atthe Tiffin City Hall Council Chambers, Tiffin, Iowa, onJune 6,2017, atseven p.m.,atwhich time andplace itwillhold apublic hearing onthe proposed Amendment. Section 2. TheCity Clerk shall publish notice ofsaidhearing, thesame being inthe form attached hereto, which publication shallbemade inalegal newspaper ofgeneral circulation intheCity, which publication shall benotlessthan four (4)andnotmore than twenty (20) days before the date setforhearing. Section 3. Pursuant toSection 403.5 oftheCode ofIowa, theCity Administrator is hereby designat inconnection with theconsultation process which isrequired under thatsection oftheurban renewal law.
