RESOLUTION NO. 2017-026 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING AND LETTING OF THE CLEAR CREEK COMMERCE PARK IMPROVEMENTS - VILLAGE DRIVE EXTENSION PROJECT Wheras, the City of Tiffin, Iowa will set the date for the Public Hearing and Letting of the Clear Creek Commerce Park Improvements – Village Drive Extension Project. Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, set the date for the Public Hearing of the aforementioned project for June 6, 2017, at 7:00 P.M. The date for the Letting of the aforementioned project is set for June 1, 2017, at 10:00 A.M. Sealed proposals for the construction of said improvements will be received by the City Clerk at the City of Tiffin, 300 Railroad, Tiffin, Iowa, until 10:00 A.M. on June 1, 2017. On the 2nd day of May, 2017, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2017-026, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING AND LETTING OF THE CLEAR CREEK COMMERCE PARK IMPROVEMENTS – VILLAGE DRIVE EXTENSION PROJECT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler. Ayes: Peggy Upton, Jim Bartels, Al Havens, Mike Ryan, Jo Kahler. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2017-026, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING AND LETTING OF THE CLEAR CREEK COMMERCE PARK IMPROVEMENTS – VILLAGE DRIVE EXTENSION PROJECT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
