The meeting was called toorder bytheMayor, and therollbeing called, thefollowing named Council Members were present andabsent: Present: Havens, Ryan, Kahler, Upton, Bartels. Absent: None. This being thetime andplace specified fortaking action ontheproposal toenter into an Essential Purpose Loan Agreement inaprincipal amount nottoexceed $5,100,000, theCity Clerk announced that nowritten objections had been placed onfile. Whereupon, theMayor called forany written ororal objections, and there being none, theMayor closed thepublic hearing. This also being thetime andplace specified fortaking action ontheproposal toenter into aCity Hall Loan Agreement inaprincipal amount notto exceed $150,000, theCity Clerk announced that nopetition had been filed asking that thequestion ofentering into theloan agreement besubmitted totheregistered voters ofthe City, and that theCity Council may proceed with theauthorization oftheloan agreement. Whereupon, the Mayor called forany written ororalobjections, andthere being none, theMayor closed thepublic hearing. After due consideration and discussion, Council Member Havens introduced the resolution next hereinafter set outandmoved itsadoption, seconded byCouncil Member Ryan TheMayor putthequestion upon theadoption ofsaid resolution, and therollbeing called, the following Council Members voted: Ayes: Havens, Ryan, Kahler, Upton, Bartels Nays: None.
