DocuSignEnvelopeID:058FD0A0-27E8-46FD-AD25-78AB07326345 RESOLUTION NO.2017-010 ARESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING BENEFITS FROM THE STATE REVOLVING FUND WATER RESOURCE RESTORATION SPONSORED PROJECT Whereas, theIowa State Revolving Fund (SRF) Water Resource Restoration Sponsored Project program hasfunds available; and, Whereas, theIowa State Revolving Fund (SRF) Water Resource Restoration Sponsored Project program application cycleends onMarch 1,2017; and, Whereas,thisprogram allows theCity toconstruct multiple green infrastructure project in association withtheSRFLoan forourWastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project; and, Whereas,these funds arearebate of1%oftherequired 2%interest theCitywillpayforthe SRF Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project loanandtheywillnotrequire alocal match; and, Whereas,theSRF Water Resource Restoration Sponsored Project Application should be approved astoitsform andcontent. Now, therefore be itresolved bytheCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa, authorizes the following application tobesubmitted totheIowaState Revolving Fund Water Resource Restoration Sponsored Project program. Further, theMayor andCityAdministrator/Clerk are directed tosignanydocumentation necessary forthisapplication onbehalf oftheCity. th Onthe21dayofFebruary, 2017, ataregular meeting oftheTiffinCity Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introducedRESOLUTION NO. 2017-010, ARESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING BENEFITS FROM THE STATE REVOLVING FUND WATER RESOURCE RESTORATION SPONSORED PROJECTand made amotion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Havens. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon FiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thattheRESOLUTION NO. 2017-010, ARESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING BENEFITS FROM THE STATE REVOLVING FUND WATER RESOURCE RESTORATION SPONSORED PROJECTtobe adopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe21dayofFebruary, 2017.
