RESOLUTION NO. 2016-078 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR THE HUNT CLUB SENIOR LIVING LC Whereas, Hunt Club Senior Living LC, is requesting a 10-year, 50% property tax abatement; and, Whereas, the Hunt Club Senior Living LC, would complement the Hunt Club LLC, residential housing project; and, Whereas, the City has previously approved a property tax abatement for Hunt Club LLC. Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, that the City of Tiffin will approve a 10-year, 50% Property Tax Abatement for the Hunt Club Senior Living LC project pending the inclusion into the Urban Revitalization Area.. On the 6th day of December, 2016, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2016-078, A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR THE HUNT CLUB SENIOR LIVING LC, and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Upton. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Nays: None. Absent: Kahler. Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2016-078, A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR THE HUNT CLUB SENIOR LIVING LC, to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
